The house is located in a mountainous village in the region of Triavna in the central part of Stara Planina mountain. An old village with ancient traditional houses in a picturesque area that is 3-4 km. away from a historical reservation village with cultural value.
The ground floor is used as a service area and storage space. The main floor consists of living room with a kitchen area and 2 bedrooms. There is a small adjacent premise to the house used as a summer kitchen with an old fire place. There is water connected, but no sewage (toilet is outside).
