The house is located in the historic town of Triavna in central Stara Planina mountain. This place is famous for its traditional architecture and preserved old spirit.
The house belongs to the 19th century Renaissance style heritage, renovated in the beginning of 1980ies. Only part of the house is for sale. On the ground floor there is a kitchen next to a shop, looking to the street (the shop is not for sale). The upper floor comprises a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom with WC. There are some adjacent smaller structures in the back yard that can be used as storage space or summer kitchen.
