- 10% is due on the 20th of Dec 2005 - completion of the complex.

You can reserve this property with a deposit of 500 Euro for two weeks so the apartment is taken off the market. This amount will be deducted from the purchase price of the property when a Preliminary Purchase Agreement is signed with the seller.
