This rustic house is located in a picturesque village, populated as a villa zone, 13 km. from the town of Kazanluk in the outskirts of Stara Planina mountain. Clean air and beautiful nature are the greatest advantages of the area.
The 1st floor of the house is constructed with stones. It begins with long corridor, ending with a small space suitable to turn into a bathroom. There is a room on each side of the corridor. The premise on the right is of 20 sq. m. with wooden ceiling and floor - it used to be a shop. It leads to a small space of 6 sq. m. which has an outlet to the yard. The room on the left (20 sq. m.) is used as a living room. There is a fire place and kitchen area with running water. An outside staircase leads to the second floor. It has the same layout as the first. The ceilings are wooden while the floor is of stone.
There is a shed adjacent to the house, made of stone and covered with roof tiles. Also there is a 2-floored barn made of stone. The yard is on two levels. There is a chestnut tree, plum, pear and apples trees. The plot borders on 2 streets, one of which is an asphalt road.
