Maintenance fee:
- in case of payment in advance for one year - in amount of 300 USD per year
- in case of payment in advance for three years - in amount of 250 USD per year
- in case of payment in advance for five years - in amount of 200 USD per year.
By wish of the owners, at additional payment the apartments will be cleaned, ventilated, the service "washing" will be provided, and the tennis court can be used.
The maintenance fee covers:
- support of the territory of the complex;
- support of the common parts of the buildings;
- year round security;
- using of the swimming pools;
- using of the parking lots;
- using cable television.
HOW TO RESERVE AN APARTMENT?
You can reserve this property through us for one week by transferring 500 euro to our bank account. We will immediately pay the sum to the seller and he will take the property off the market. This amount will be deducted from the purchase price of the property when a Preliminary Purchase Agreement is signed with the seller.
