The construction system is a concrete structure on a grid of 6 m with brick walls with all the necessary insulation provided. The partitions are performed with YTONG blocks. Windows are PVC and the inner doors are made of laminated MDF. The complex has private power supply, transformer, infrastructure including sewerage and water supply. The plumbing is made of polypropylene pipes and sewerage of PVC pipes. There is a system for satellite television and telephone system with possible Internet connection.
The annual maintenance fee is 3.5 euro per square meter. It includes:
- safeguard through the establishment on a regime for admission;
- maintenance of the outdoor communications (electrical, water and sewer) and perform repair activities related to them;
- maintenance of the outdoor equipments ( pools, etc.);
- maintenance of the site of the holiday village in a clean and tidy state, as well as the parking area and car garages (excluding the waste collection and lifting that is the sole responsibility of the communal companies);
- maintenance of the green sites of the subject village; maintenance of the arboreal vegetation.
Each of the nine housing groups is three to four floors high, which makes it one of the shortest buildings in Sunny Beach. Each house has two enstrances and there are underground garages. HOW TO RESERVE AN APARTMENT?:
You can reserve a property through us for two weeks by transferring 500 euro to our bank account. We will immediately pay the sum to the seller and he will take the property off the market. This amount will be deducted from the purchase price of the property when a Preliminary Purchase Agreement is signed with the seller.
