Financing: The developer has an agreement with a bank facilitating the procedure of issueing loans for the potential clients.

Financing scheme: 30% the Client, 70 % the Bank. Interest per year 6% for the 1st year and 8% for the remaining period of 20 years.

Guaranteed Rental Income – 7% in total for the first two years, payable at the end of the 2nd year. The rental management fee will be 8% of the rental income.

Maintenance services - 7.99 € per sq. m a year /without VAT/

The maintenance fee will cover:
- technical maintenance of the common installations
- parking lots and yards
- planting and grassing
- organising inside security of the complex
- controlled access and live security
- the cleaning of the complex and the common parts of the building
- electricity and water for the common parts of the complex
