August 24th, 2007 - Construction of the New Ski Lift to Snezhanka Peak Started
The new 6-seater lift POMAGALSKI (http://www.poma.net/english/index.html) will connect Snejanka peak to the near-by Stoykite village and is constructed by Pamporovo AD, the company that manages the whole ski resort infrastructure. The lift will be 3km long and is expected to be ready for the ski season 2007-2008. There will be also 2 ski runs along the lift - 3,420 and 2,901 km long.

Febr, 2007: Construction of Panorama apartment complex is completed
The development is completely finished and has received official Certificate "Permission for Use" (Act 16) No 9 from 31.01.2007 from Smolyan manucipality.


March, 2007  The Sports and Tourism Centre Perelik ski resort project will be realized with the participation of the local authority in Smolyan, Bulgaria
The contract between the mayor of Smolyan Dora Yankova and the strategic investor Kiril Asenov was signed on March 1st, 2007. Five companies will be established for the construction of the Perelik project, four of them with the participation of the Smolyan municipality. In the main company - Perelik Infrastructure, the municipality will participate with 845 ha of land, while the investor Sports and Tourism Centre Perelik will add another 733.2 ha. The capital of the municipality will be 25% plus 1, which will give it a veto power for important decisions.

The Perelik ski resort project will be built in several stages until 2014, with plans for 127 km of new ski runs and construction of 30 new lifts. The ski resort will be in the Perelik range of the Rhodope mountain (the highest part of the mountain) where the snow cover stays until April-May. The project value is over 200 million euros, according to Kiril Asenov - the chairman of the board of directors of the Sports and Tourism Centre Perelik joint venture.
The Perelik Centre is planned as a year-round resort including a ski-complex, golf course, zone for rural, eco, hunting and fishing tourism.

The Perelik area will be connected to Smolyan, Pamporovo, Chepelare and Mechi Chal. There will be no residential buildings higher than 1700m above sea level, and in the resort areas the developments will be low-rise with the traditional local architectural design. The whole project will have an area of 27 000 ha, including the area around the peaks Perelik and Kozuyatak, the local villages, the new resort areas as well as connection to the existing resort centres. The first stage of the project is to construct 6.5 km lifts and 15 km of ski runs in the Kozuyatak and Perelik area until 2008.

February 12th, 07 - NEW PRICES FROM MARCH '07!

The developer is planning a price increase on the remaining apartments from March 01, 2007. The new prices are coming as a result of the start of the contruction of the new 6-seat lift to Snejanka peak, located just a few hundred meters away. January 2007 - New 3km 6-seat lift will connect Pamporovo ski resort and Stoykite village. The lift will connect Snejanka peak to the near-by Stoykite village and will be constructed by Pamporovo AD, the company that manages the whole ski resort infrastructure. December 12, 2006 - 4 new apartments available!
The development in the last stages of construction allowed recent architectural changes in the ground level of the building. PAMPOROVO INFORMATION

Pamporovo is located in the most southern part of Rhodopi mountain, the nearest bigger town is Smolyan (please check the link Bulgarian towns through the "LINKS" menu on the top of our webpage for more info). Surrounded by clean and unspoiled nature, pine woods and beautiful mountainous sceneries, the place is a perfect spot for recreation and relaxation in the crystal clear air and sports activities in the nearby ski resort. A new ski-lift is due to be built next to the complex which will allow direct access to the main ski slope of Pamporovo - Snezhanka, and which will influence greatly the prices in the area. A major motorway construction is underway from Smolyan to nearby Greece (just 30 km), which is expected to boost tourist in- and out-flow from Greece. The road is expected to be completed by the end of 2006.

Pamporovo claims to be the sunniest mountain resort in Europe (270 days of sun per year on average). There is an efficient lift system. Currently, there are total of 20 ski slopes of a total of 25km pisted run. New ski runs and lifts are being developed presently, the one in Stoikite being one of the first to be completed - before season 2007-2008.

Traveling to Pamporovo is easy in the winter using the charter fligts to the city of Plovdiv, second largest, which is 80km away. MANAGEMENT SERVICE

At the time of transfer of the real property the parties sign a contract for subscribed services (security and maintenance) for the public areas of the complex. The contract guarantees prices would not change over a 5 year period and is available upon request.

Annual fee of EUR 7 /seven euro/ per square metre, VAT 20% excluded, per each owned apartment, where the following discounts shall apply:
à/ three years' advance payment: 10% discount per apartment per year;
b/ five years' advance payment: 20% discount per apartment per year.

The management service includes the following:
- Organising the internal order of the building and the running of the complex’s common facilities;
- Offering all kind of assistance to the owners to ensure their serene and undisturbed use of their respective homes and the complex as a whole, as well as to ensure that they exercise undisturbed their right of ownership;
- Technical maintenance of the common installations and equipment and of the building’s common parts, the sports and recreation block, the ski room, the coffee shop, the restaurant, the green areas, the parking lots and the yard;
- Arranging 24 hour security of the complex;
- Heating of the common areas of the building;
