Payments are effected via a bank account named in the provisional contract of sale.
Property management
A property management company will take care of the common sections and all the equipment at the Complex. A property management fee of EUR 7 per square metre per year will be collected in monthly instalments. The amount of the fee will be based on the size of the total housing area and will be fixed for a period of three years.
The management will include the following:
- round-the-clock maintenance of the Complex, including security, cleaning and maintenance of the common sections (corridors, stairways, roof, facade, landscape elements, power mains, water mains and sewerage system, among other systems);
- contributing to a reserve fund towards future expenses for the Complex;
- payment of utility bills (water, electricity, heating) and expenses for other consumables used in the common sections;
- administrative costs of the management company.
HOW TO RESERVE AN APARTMENT?
You can reserve this Bulgarian property through us for two weeks by transferring 1000 euro to our bank account. We will immediately pay the sum to the seller and he will take the property off the market. This amount will be deducted from the purchase price of the property when a Preliminary Purchase Agreement is signed with the seller.
