| The property market in Sofia: Investing in property in Sofia offers greater flexibility and longer term security than any other property in Bulgaria. The property market has seen a steady growth in the last years, although not as abrupt as the growth in the resort areas like Sunny Beach, Bansko and Pamporovo. The attraction of foreign investments is to a large extent also favoured by the fact that the municipality itself invests in the development of the urban infrastructure, underground and above-ground, whilst also relying on the fact that big foreign investors will invest means and efforts in its completion and modernization.
